    • Cancellation Within 30 Days: If you are dissatisfied with our service and wish to cancel within 30 days of signing up or purchasing a service, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fees paid, excluding any domain registration fees.
  2. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Domain Registration: Once a domain is registered, the sale is final, and it cannot be refunded.
    • Domain Included in Plan: If you purchase a service plan that includes a domain registration, and you terminate the plan before the completion of 1 year, you will be billed for the domain registration fee for a minimum of 1 year.
    • Setup Fee for Annual Plans: Annual plans can be cancelled at any time before 1 year, but a setup fee will be applicable and deducted from any refund due.
  3. Content Approval: Once content is approved, no refund will be accepted on grounds of content quality or errors.
  4. SEO Plans: SEO plans can only be discontinued at the end of each monthly cycle. Due to the nature of SEO work, no refunds will be issued for ongoing monthly services.
  5. Addon Services: If addon services are discontinued, they will be stopped at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued.

Exceptions
